Social Media Manager

We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Social Media Manager who knows how to manage and execute across all major social media platforms. This is a full-time role for someone who can commit to consistent daily execution and work US hours with a fast-moving, founder-led team.

Compensation

$7/hour

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Remote

Working hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (US time)

Responsibilities

Manage, schedule, and publish daily content across all major social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X

Repurpose provided content into platform-appropriate posts, captions, and short-form formats

Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice and tone

Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement during work hours

Maintain posting consistency across platforms

Track post performance and share simple weekly insights

Maintain content calendars and coordinate with the internal team

Update tasks, statuses, and notes in Monday.com

Support basic workflows and communications in GoHighLevel (GHL)

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

Strong written English and communication skills

Ability to work 9am5pm EST US time consistently

Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking

Familiarity with all major social media platforms and their best practices

Experience using Monday.com for task and project management

Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM tools

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar

Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and execute independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Basic video editing for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok

Experience managing multiple brand accounts

Interest in entrepreneurship, healthcare, tech, or lifestyle brands
