Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, developing strategic partnerships, and negotiating contracts. Other responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with the companys goals.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and business plans

- Excellent analytical, market research, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the marine, logistics, or related industry is a strong advantage
- Proficient in CRM and project management tools, along with strong organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
