Job Description
We are a growing technology services company seeking a Business Development Executive for a commission-based engagement.
This role requires on-ground client interaction, and therefore candidates must be based in Ahmedabad or Rajkot, with the flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on qualified leads
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct follow-ups and close sales opportunities
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based compensation
- Fixed percentage payout per confirmed and realized deal
- No fixed salary at this stage (early growth phase)
- Earnings are directly linked to performance with no upper limit
- Flexible working arrangement

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Experience in IT services, software, or digital solutions is an advantage
