Responsible for managing export/import operations aligned with team and individual KPIs. Ensures strict adherence to SOPs/IOPs, responds promptly and accurately to inquiries, and escalates issues as required. Must have strong Excel skills; finance knowledge and prior experience in logistics and supply chain are preferred.
Your Responsibilities:

• Execute export/import operations to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• 
  Ensure compliance with SOPs and IOPs in daily processes.
• Handle inquiries promptly and accurately; escalate issues per defined procedures.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Finance knowledge and prior experience in logistics/supply chain preferred.
