The Mission:

We are looking for a leader to build the operational blueprint for our growth. Your job is to ensure that while our internal systems operate with machine-like precision, our guests experience effortless magic at every touchpoint.

What You Will Own:

• System Architecture: Design and optimize end-to-end workflows (inquiry to post-trip) and lead the integration of CRM and Itinerary Building tools.
• Team Leadership:
  
  Mentor a high-performing team of Consultants and Coordinators. You will handle capacity planning and define the KPIs for success.
• Service Excellence: Champion our Surprise & Delight strategy. You will identify friction points and turn them into wow moments.
• Global Partnerships: Vetting DMCs and hotels, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strict quality control across our supply chain.
• Crisis Management: Act as the final escalation point for high-stakes situations and operational disruptions.

Who You Are:

• The Veteran: 8+ years in Operations Management (Luxury Travel, High-End Hospitality, or Premium Lifestyle services).
• The Scaler: You have a proven track record of building SOPs and scaling systems from the ground up.
• The Tech-Savvy Leader: You are comfortable with CRMs, automation tools, and data analytics.
• The Empath: High EQ with a deep understanding of what a luxury consumer expects.
