Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tellecaller role based in Chandrapur. The Tellecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students and parents on various courses, resolve inquiries, and provide detailed information about the programs. Key responsibilities include maintaining a positive customer experience, generating leads, compiling and maintaining call records, and following up on student prospects. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and contributing to achieving the organizations enrollment goals.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in telecalling, client interaction, and relationship building
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively counsel students and parents on educational programs

  • Experience in handling customer queries, lead generation, and follow-ups
  • Proactive and self-motivated with effective time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with education and test preparation fields is advantageous
