This Position reports to:
Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the teamthrough effective resource planning, capability building, goalsetting, and regular performance reviews to foster a learning andbusinessorientedculture.
Overseetimelyandaccuratedelivery of controlling and financial analysis, ensuring full compliance with ABB guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with business controllersto shape business performance by providing insights,consolidatingdata, and preparing clear presentations and recommendations.
Drive the evolution and enhancement of the EICOS product, ensuring alignment with business needs, operational requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote Power BI adoption across divisionsby organizing practitioner groups, conducting training, and enabling consistent,business
alignedreporting standards.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and transparency of IS costs, including cost allocations across local organizations, supported by strongcrossworkstreamcoordination.
Champion standardization and process simplificationthrough continuous improvement activities tooptimizeservice delivery, supported by updated SOPs and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
Build and sustainhighperformingteams, nurturing safety, integrity, role clarity, and career development in line with ABBs core values.
Qualifications for the role
Minimum4years of experience in Accounting,Financeor Controlling.Experience ofworking inservicedelivery model environment.

CA/CMA/CS/masters degree in finance and accounting or business administration
Provenpeople Leaderwho can manage individuals and teams throughchange, achieveobjectivesand drive results. Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
Good communication, problemsolvingand analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks. Fluent in English and local language preferably.
Demonstrated ability to achieveobjectives, focus ondetailsand good analytical skills. Ability to guide team members and provide on the job coaching and training. Strong MS Office skills
