Were seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Accounting Representative I to join our BNY Investment and Wealth team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provides support for the completion of accounting activities for multiple legal entities, lines of business, countries, regions or accounting processes
• Responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, interpreting and communicating financial data in meaningful way.
• Performs analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, month end financial reporting process and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with month end / quarter-end / year-end close activities
• Knowledge in preparing and review of general ledger, balance sheet accounts and reconciliations will be helpful
• Work on ad-hoc projects
• Acumen for automation /AI
  
  
  

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• 2-3 years of total work experience preferred, preferably in a finance industry
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Accounting, Economics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communication Clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
• Experience in MS Office suite, especially Excel would be helpful
