Hiring for Head of Marketing in Dubai
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports To: CEO / Managing Director
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function, with a focus on strategic planning, high-impact campaigns, and brand positioning to elevate the company's profile in the market. This role is not about graphic design or purely creative artwork; it is about building, executing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand equity, drive qualified leads, and strengthen our market presence.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, have a deep understanding of market trends, and possess the ability to create and implement marketing initiatives that differentiate our developments and company brand in a competitive environment.
This is an individual contributor role. The candidate will work directly with external partners and agencies for campaign execution, PR, events, and media buying, without the responsibility of recruiting or managing an in-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales targets.
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, influencer partnerships, sponsorships) to boost brand recognition.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand and product positioning.
Brand Elevation
Strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the premium/luxury segment.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints and campaigns.
Oversee storytelling and brand narratives to make brand/products aspirational and compelling.
Campaign Development & Execution
Conceptualize and manage end-to-end campaigns, from planning to launch, ensuring measurable impact.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Implement marketing automation, data analytics, and CRM tools to optimize campaign performance.
Market & Stakeholder Engagement
Drive strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and event collaborations to expand reach and influence.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring qualified lead generation.
Engage with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders to secure positive coverage and endorsements.
Performance Management
Set and track KPIs for all marketing activities, with clear ROI measurement.

Produce monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, market share, and brand equity growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven record of delivering measurable marketing results and brand growth.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
