Join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcer, where youll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles
• Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers
• Coordinate virtual and In-person interviews
• Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months upto 1 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
