The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The Content Strategy and Activation Senior Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will be responsible for creating, owning, and driving the content strategy and activation agenda for their clients, which may include developing and leading the content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs. The Senior Manager typically has elaborate experience in developing and leading successful marketing and communications programs, with a focus on content strategy, social media, and web engagement. The key responsibilities will include
• Defining the overall content strategy and activation agenda for the client, in collaboration with the client team and other project stakeholders
• Develop and lead the content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs for the client, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall content strategy
• Manage a team of content strategists, social media managers, and web engagement managers, guiding them to manage a successful client delivery
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of the content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Leveraging experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace
