1. Account Management
· Be the agencys face & handle client interaction for projects related to Social Media, SEO, ORM, Performance Marketing etc.
· Understand clients requirements & suggest solutions.
· Thorough study of market & competitors & devise strategies for the brand.
· Scope, estimate & develop plans using digital media platforms to deliver demonstrable results & ROI.
· Ensure effective delivery of client programs, to target, time & budget.
· Devise content strategies that can create virality.
· Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects
2. Team Management:
· Oversee a team of Account Management staff, across multiple projects
· Mentoring junior staff and evaluating candidates for promotions, added responsibilities and increments
· Assigning KRAs & making sure team member understand the job description well.
· Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in co-ordination with HR
· Providing orientation to new joinees & on the job training.
· Lead the projects & provide all the creative & technical support required.
· Closely work with Design & Copy team to deliver the project as per client’s requirement.
4. Project Management
· Keeping a track of ongoing projects.
· Maintaining a draft of project requirements and share the same with content & design team for their understanding.
5. Learning & development:
· Understanding of brand (for allocated clients)
· Ownership of Self Development
· Knowledge Sharing among team members
· Attending Training & Development programs
