Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager Product Engineering Services
To drive business growth by leading sales initiatives for product engineering services, targeting enterprise clients across key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing business for GCC. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for engineering product portfolios.
- Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue and Margin for the Territory and Product/ Solutions Portfolio.
- Exposure to PLM or MES solution sales and exposure to Industry 4.0.
- Drive a vision on how we grow and manage our Services/ solutions portfolio.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships with key accounts. The candidate must be able to build deep and lasting CXO relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform approaches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Bachelors in engineering and/or MBA is a must
- 10+ years of relevant experience in selling Engineering and Digital services across verticals like Hi-Tech/Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Life-Sciences, Retail/CPG, etc
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Must have handled a portfolio of at least USD 5M.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical understanding of product engineering services and IOT concepts. General knowledge of IoT across devices, sensors, data science and different platform offerings.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
