Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to evaluate their needs, provide technical solutions, and deliver technical support during the pre-sale and post-sale processes. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, presenting tailored IoT-based solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the business by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Professional skills in Sales and Customer Service

  • Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop tailored IoT solutions for diverse business challenges
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Prior experience in the IoT industry or related technical sales roles is advantageous
  • Ability to travel 12-15 days in a month and manage client interactions effectively
