Maintenance Supervisor

What role you will play in team: You'll oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and safe maintenance of our equipment and facilities.

What you will do: You'll plan and schedule maintenance activities, monitor technician performance, manage inventory, and maintain safety standards.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software
