Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for ANILs cutting-edge projects in green hydrogen, battery, and electrolyser technologies.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR strategies with ANILs operational goals and decarbonisation initiatives.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture aligned with ANILs mission of market leadership in sustainable energy.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the business unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect ANILs commitment to innovation and sustainability.
- Utilize advanced HR analytics tools to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into ANILs dynamic and innovative work environment.
- Drive leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities aligned with ANILs strategic priorities and growth trajectory.
- Manage employee relations and provide strategic guidance to resolve workplace challenges while maintaining a positive organizational climate.
