Job Description
- Responsible for development of team for route patrolling & incident management
- Prepare processes for emergency service response and Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) control room operation.
- Ensure operation route digital signages, T&A devices, Security CCTV Surveillance System
- Develop & ensure vigilance to restrict any security incidents including frauds, theft, crimes, or any damages of company property for company Brand /Asset Protection.
- Conduct monthly security audit of company asset building/ DG/Electrical Room/Server Room/ UPS Room / Weigh bridge/ route ATMS assets etc.
- Oversee the patrolling procedure around the Toll Plaza & entire road stretch of scope.
- Manage route service like Patrolling, Ambulance and Crane service team and prepare plan for optimization of service vehicle operation and their uses effectiveness.
- Responsible for management & processing of Labour law compliance of service team (their salary, invoices) as per group standard
- Organize traffic safety campaign and conduct training for staff on Fire & Security
- Reporting of incident as Group Security Matrix & ensure management of control room as per Group guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports as per the requirement of Security and as per Group Security Practices & Guidelines
- Cultivate the professional relationship with administrative bodies, police, local community, and media to gather intelligence and resolve issues
- Maintain a cordial liaison with Staff and gather intelligence information and prepare mitigation plan. Inform site head consistently about the possible problems/ Issues which would arise from the staff/union side in future
- Ensure safety management (100% compliance on enforcement of PPE usage)
- Implementation of accident prevention plan and Fire apparatus operation in timely manner
- Ensure processing for removing unauthorized encroachments at expressway scope area. Prepare reports & coordinate with local govt. team for removal of encroachments.
- Support the implementation of response plan during any emergency / crisis / incidents.
- Prepare and share any incident/emergency/crisis report and escalate to management time to time.

Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 07+ years of experience in Security Management of Industrial Project/Plant
- Or 03+ Year of experience in Highway/Expressway Incident Management
