Job Purpose: The BD Specialist is responsible for supporting the business development activities and consultancy services for coal mining projects. This role involves assisting in pre-development activities, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective execution of consultancy assignments for both internal and external clients in the cement and power sectors. The Business Development In-charge works closely with the Business Development Lead to identify new opportunities, maintain client relationships, and deliver high-quality consultancy services.

Responsibilities

• Actively gather information and explore business opportunities for MTCS in mining consultancy, exploration & emerging areas.
• Search for various active tenders/ RFQs/ new projects for relevant services provided by MTCS.
• Track competition and key market changes to support management decision making.

  Get Hired
• Identify possible collaboration opportunities across the globe.
• Prepare and review contracts as per agreed terms to ensure its accuracy.
• Prepare presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data repository of all opportunities and prepare analysis.
  

Qualifications
Work Experience (Range of years):
Essential: B.E / B. Tech (Mining) or M.Sc.(Geology) from any reputed institute and MBA
15+ years of relevant experience

• Hands on experience in bidding/ bid submission for coal mining/ MDO/ commercial coal mining projects
• Experience in preparing and reviewing of financial models for mining projects
