Business Development Intern

AdCruize Agency is a dynamic digital marketing firm helping businesses maximize their ROI through Performance Marketing and Social Media Management. We work with clients across Education, Healthcare, Retail, and Real Estate sectors. We are looking for energetic interns to join our sales team and help us manage our growing flow of inbound leads.

Unlike other sales internships, you do NOT need to do Cold Calling or find your own data. We generate 1015 warm leads daily through our marketing campaigns. Your job is to talk to these interested business owners and convert them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management: Call 1015 inbound leads daily (Data provided by the company).
2. Consultation: Understand the clients business goals and budget constraints.
3. Pitching: Explain our digital marketing packages (SEO, Ads, Social Media) based on their needs.
4. Follow-up: Maintain relationships with potential clients via WhatsApp and phone to close sales.
   
5. Reporting: Update the daily sales tracker with call status and feedback.

1. Are available for the work-from-home internship.

3. Have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
4. Have their own smartphone, Laptop and stable internet connection.
5. Are eager to learn High-Ticket Sales and Digital Marketing concepts.
