Role Overview

Were looking for a smart, analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. In this remote role, youll work directly with senior leadership to strengthen internal financial systems, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support growth and strategic planning
• Handle expense accounting and financial entries in QuickBooks for our US entity
• Provide bi-weekly financial insights and status reports to the VP of Finance and the CEO
• Own and optimize internal P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget planning
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and cross-departmental data metrics
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial best practices
• Compile and analyze data using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics
• Continuously improve financial systems and propose corrective actions
• Support ad hoc strategic and operational projects as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant with up to 23 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling
• Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work with confidential data
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first work setup
• Proactive, adaptive, and solutions-oriented
