Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Manager/AVP/VP - Business Development, Incentive Automation located in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying and acquiring clients, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will contribute to revenue growth by crafting tailored solutions to meet partner needs, analyzing market trends, and driving the implementation of incentive automation strategies. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build and nurture client relationships
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills such as market analysis and data interpretation for strategic decision-making

    Expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Basic to advanced understanding of Finance to manage proposals, contracts, and pricing structures
  • Proven track record in business development or sales leadership roles
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the incentive automation or rewards/engagement market is a plus
