Job Description
2. Follow up any issues being raised during the contractual period.
3. Conduct a project review in terms of work content (Statement of Work), Prices against Deliverables, Terms & Conditions, delivery schedules, and in some case the legal frame
of the contract.
4. Manage cross-functional communication and ensure smooth project performance.
5. Lead negotiations with suppliers during all stages and maintain a great relationship with all suppliers or vendors for current & future opportunities.
6. Responsible of preparing monthly/ weekly project reports or upon top management request.
7. Conduct weekly conference calls with suppliers in order to keep track of deliveries and projects tasks being accomplished. In some projects, visits are being conducted to the seller's facility in order perform factory acceptance of purchased products (Deliverables).
8. In charge of developing (RFI) Requests for Information, (RFP) Requests for Proposals, and many additional templates or documents related to the project.
9. Represent the main point of contact between top management and the operational team (End User) in order to gather, identify and finalize project requirements.
10. In most cases, duties as A PM include performing an internal resource management, risk management.
