Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a skilled and experienced Conference Director. The individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AIM Summit events, including the planning, organizing, and execution of high-profile conferences. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, curating event content, securing keynote speakers, fostering sponsor relationships, and ensuring an exceptional attendee experience. The role requires effective project management and leadership to ensure each event's success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in event planning, project management, logistics coordination and sponsorship sales
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management
• Experience in content curation, identifying trends in alternative investments, and developing compelling agendas
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee the execution of large-scale events

• Proficiency in budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the alternative investment industry is highly desirable
