About The Role
The Management Trainee role at AIQ is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by solving some of the most complex challenges alongside like-minded thinkers and doers in the AI domain.
Spanning across an 18-month duration, the Management Trainee role aims at developing and building the UAE's future tech leaders, by equipping young talent with critical, in-demand behavioral and technical skillsets and relevant knowledge to build a structured career path.

Responsibilities

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• 
  Working on team's live projects and day-to-day work
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
• Understanding how a company operates
• Supporting managers with various tasks
  

Qualifications

• Be a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from one of the below disciplines:
• Computer Engineer
• Information technology
