Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the region's regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and claims.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum10 yearsof experience inconstruction project management.

• Strong knowledge ofCivil and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability tomanage the full project lifecycle.
• Experience handling contractors, consultants, and authorities.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the region's construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Project Details:
