  • Achieve quarterly and annual corporate fleet sales targets through a structured sales strategy
  • Develop new go-to-market approaches across industries and emirates
  • Deliver consultative presentations that communicate TE brand value propositions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and secure annual purchase plans
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market insights
  • Act as the single point of contact for all key account matters
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy charging infrastructure and fleet mobility solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in new energy vehicles
  • Maintain accurate customer data and prepare fleet performance reports
  • Manage accounts receivable in line with company guidelines
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum two years of experience in Automotive B2B fleet sales or major account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Established network of fleet customers across the UAE
  • Good understanding of aftersales requirements for B2B customers
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven consultative selling and business development capabilities
  • Experience with new energy vehicles and charging solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
