- Oversee and manage the full portfolio of Emiratisation development programs across multiple business verticals
- Translate the group Emiratisation strategy into structured, executable operational plans
- Lead program delivery through direct team management, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact
- Partner with HR teams to optimize the Emirati employee journey from attraction to retention
- Manage and develop the Emiratisation team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
- Act as the main escalation point for Emirati talent matters, resolving operational and people-related challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, training providers, and government entities
- Manage vendors and external partners to deliver high-quality learning and development solutions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to maintain a sustainable pipeline of national talent
- Track and analyze KPIs related to hiring, development, retention, and promotion of Emirati employees
- Lead the planning and execution of Emiratisation events such as recruitment drives, graduation ceremonies, and engagement initiatives
- Pilot new Emiratisation projects and oversee execution from concept to implementation
- Act as an advocate for Emirati employees by gathering feedback and translating insights into improvement initiatives
- Strong strategic mindset with proven experience in national talent and Emiratisation program design
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale development and leadership programs in the UAE or GCC
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and partnership management capabilities
