Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
