Job Description

Job briefThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role requires a hands-on, adaptable professional capable of managing HR operations in a dynamic, multi-industry environment while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR ManagementDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Act as a strategic partner to management on workforce planning and organizational development.Support change management initiatives across different business units or industries.2. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across industries.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration.3. UAE Labor Law & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and amendments.Handle visas, work permits, Emirates ID, labor cards, and related government processes.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.4. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.Promote a positive workplace culture and high employee morale.5. Performance ManagementDesign and manage performance appraisal systems.Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and managing performance improvement plans.Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.6. Compensation & BenefitsDevelop and administer competitive compensation and benefits structures.Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and end-of-service benefits calculations.Conduct salary benchmarking relevant to UAE market standards.7. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.Encourage continuous learning and professional development.8. HR Policies & ProceduresDevelop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures applicable across multiple industries.Ensure policies are clearly communicated and consistently applied.9. Health, Safety & WellbeingSupport compliance with occupational health and safety standards where applicable.Promote employee wellbeing initiatives and work-life balance.

10. HR Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and compliance.Use HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work across diverse industries and cultures High level of confidentiality and professionalism Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Leadership and people management capabilitiesQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably across multiple industries
