Key Responsibilities

1. Virtualization & Server Administration

• Manage and maintain Proxmox virtualization infrastructure for Windows and Linux VMs.
• Perform VM provisioning, optimization, migration, and backup.
• Configure and troubleshoot Nginx web servers and deploy sites using Gunicorn.
• 
  

2. Networking & Security

• Configure and maintain WireGuard VPN using OpenScene.
• Manage firewalls, gateway installation, routing, and secure network architecture.
• Implement and manage Group Policies (GPO) and security standards.
• 
  

3. Active Directory & Identity Management

• Manage Active Directory, OU structure, users, groups, roles, and policies.
• Automate AD tasks using scripting and CDK/Terraform frameworks.

4. Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Use Terraform CDKTF for infrastructure automation, VPN configuration, and environment provisioning.
• 
  

5. Scripting & Automation (50% Role)

• Strong hands-on scripting in:
• Shell
• PowerShell
• Bash

6. Cloud Administration

• Manage and deploy cloud resources (AWS preferred).
• Automate AWS CDK deployments, including firewall creation and network configurations.
• 
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps/Infra engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Proxmox, virtualization concepts, and VM lifecycle management.

Get Hired
• Hands-on experience with WireGuard, OpenScene, and VPN automation.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with Terraform CDKTF or AWS CDK for infrastructure automation.
• Ability to deploy and manage web applications using Nginx + Gunicorn.
• Understanding of security, firewall configuration, VPN, and network gateways.
• Experience with automation deployments, cloud backups, and environment scaling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Linux, Windows Server, or Network Security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Ability to document processes and troubleshoot complex infra issues.
