KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing business consultants.
  
• Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.
• Resolve and address questions and concerns from consultants through calls and emails.
• Handle Grievances and provide coaching to consultants to avoid terminations.
• Work with the service delivery managers to Re-market our resources who are finishing current assignments.
• Generate business leads, referrals and business opportunities by networking with the consultants. Work with the service delivery managers to leverage on the received leads and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent ALOIS experience for consultants.
• Attrition Control

• Bachelors Degree is required; Masters degree is good to have.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Listening skills and patience
• Previous experience in HR, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship is an add on benefit.
• Understanding of IT Staffing industry is good to have.
• Flamboyant personality.
