The opportunity

Project Coordinator: This is an opportunity to drive the planning, execution, and completion of projects across manufacturing and retail operations. You will ensure seamless coordination across teams, manage project documentation, track timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication to achieve production and retail objectives.

What you will do

• Assist in project planning, sampling, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and retail teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate critical issues.
  
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support inventory tracking, production schedules, and retail roll-outs.

What we are looking for

• 35 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be familiar with the retail fit-out industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, databases, and data analysis.
• Good negotiation skills.

• Work on flagship retail projects for globally recognized luxury brands
• Be part of a true end-to-end operation, supported by our in-house manufacturing facility at Dubai Production City
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team driven by creativity, quality, and innovation
• Contribute to projects that combine advanced craftsmanship with sustainable practices
