Operations Manager

Role Description

As part of our continued growth and expansion in the hospitality sector, we are hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Managerin Dubai to support the scaling of our high-end restaurant operations. This role is central to maintaining the level of excellence our guests expect while helping us grow in a structured and sustainable way.

The Operations Manager will lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on service quality, attention to detail, and elevated guest experiences. You will oversee staff performance and development, ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house, manage inventory and suppliers, and guarantee full compliance with health and safety standards.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to oversee day-to-day operations effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management, vendor coordination, and resource allocation

• Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management role is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both staff and guests effectively
