Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial part of our customer onboarding team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new clients. You will work closely with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
What you will do: You will be responsible for verifying customer documents, setting up accounts, and answering customer queries related to the onboarding process. You'll contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibility:
- Verify customer identification documents and supporting information.
- Input customer data accurately into our systems.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or compliance issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations is a plus.
