We are looking for a high-energy, people-first professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and closing meaningful conversations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in premium real estate, financial services, or any high-trust sales environment and now wants to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior professionals, founders, and business leaders.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Acquire new institutional and enterprise clients, contributing directly to business growth.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with HNI clients and decision-makers.
- Prepare customized proposals and conduct pitch meetings tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, CRM, partnerships) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategy and execution.
- Ensure all transactions and processes follow regulatory and internal compliance standards.

- Experience in premium real estate, financial services, wealth management, or B2B sales
- Proven ability in client acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management
- Comfortable working with HNI and enterprise clients
- Strong communication skills and business curiosity
- Self-driven, ownership mindset, and comfortable in a startup environment
This role is not about pushing a product. Its about helping people understand a better way to make decisionsand building something new, one conversation at a time.
Ideal Profile:
- 2-5 years in B2B sales (fintech, mobility, leasing, insurance, SaaS).
- Experience selling to Business owners, CXOs and finance leaders.
