We are looking for an experiencedFinancial Controllerwho is aCA qualified professionalwithat least 15 years of experiencein theautomotive manufacturing industry.Possesses deep and practical knowledge of accounting, backed by a strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance. Consistently applies accounting principles to support informed decision-making and maintain robust financial discipline across the organization.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in ERP systems Oracle / Navision / Tally, etc. and MS Excel

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA)

MBA (Finance) is an added advantage

Experience

Minimum 15 Years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership

Experience in handling audits, compliance, and team management
