Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer support inquiries, resolve client concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities also include documenting interactions, providing relevant information about insurance products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
