Marketing Campaigns:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote business wise sales contests and other initiatives.
2. Coordinate with central marketing team for online campaigns through social media, email, and other digital platforms.
3. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities using relevant metrics.

Lead Generation:

1. Assist in planning and executing lead generation campaigns through various channels, including partnerships, digital media, and events.
2. 
   Support the sales team by qualifying leads and ensuring proper follow-up.

Branding & Communication:

1. Coordinate with central marketing team and ensuring consistency in marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
2. Coordinate with the central marketing team to develop creative assets for various marketing channels.
3. Support in managing PR activities of Senior Management including managing their social media handles as well as co-ordinating with central PR team to ensure regular coverage in various platforms.
4. Update and maintain the company website, social media handles on a regular basis.

Content Development:

1. Develop and contribute to content for senior management blog posts, newsletters, and articles for the companys website as well as for social media.

Essential Skills/Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Prior experience in NBFC (Preferred).

Experience working independently and managing key stakeholders.

Candidates with NBFC experience are preferred.
