Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Modeler with strong experience in data integration tools such as IBM Datastage and Talend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data models that support enterprise data architecture, analytics, and reporting needs. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and ETL developers to gather requirements and translate them into data models.
• Ensure data models align with business rules, data governance standards, and performance requirements.
• Work closely with ETL teams to support data integration using Datastage and Talend.
• Conduct data profiling, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
• Maintain metadata and documentation for all data models and transformations.
• 
  Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure consistency across data platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in data modeling and ETL development.
• Proficiency in IBM Datastage and Talend for data integration.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and normalization techniques.
• Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
