Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics. The role involves working closely with business and functional teams to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards based on business needs

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights

• Deliver monthly KPI and operational performance reports

• 

  Build and manage datasets and databases from multiple source systems

• Communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders

• Maintain documentation and update BI assets as business rules evolve

• Identify opportunities for business process improvement using data insights

Education & Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles

Get Hired

• Experience with ERP and logistics systems and standard operating procedures

• Hands-on experience with Power BI preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Flow, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents) is a plus

• Exposure to SAP is an added advantage
