Job Description
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of management experience, building and leading successful teams.
- 3+ years of Advertising, QA, or Ops experience in OTT Media Services.
- Detailed comprehension and experience in trafficking video, display and other interactive formats.
- Experience with a video ad server (FreeWheel, GAM etc.).
- Experience building custom workflow tracking with cloud based platforms such as Airtable and Monday.com
- Firm understanding of the advertising video marketplace, vendors, third-party technologies, and the OTT media landscape.
- Detailed orientated and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic marketplace and work environment.
- Management experience in creating teams that can effectively scale to meet business demands.
- Solid experience of delivering insights based on data analytics.
- Strong verbal, writing communication, organization and time management skills required.
- Familiarity with Apple products and services, especially MacOS, iOS.
- Incredible attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
