Job Description
- 7+ years of applied experience in data science, business analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and R/Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and analytics frameworks such as Snowflake.
- Skilled in building data visualizations using Tableau, and presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analytical projects, from scoping to presentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including translating data insights for business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Snowpark, PySpark, and streaming/interactive visualization tools such as Streamlit or Plotly.
- Background in SMB, product, or service analytics, including service performance, warranty trends, and support operations.

- Applied experience with software engineering workflows, including Git, CI/CD, and producing maintainable, well-documented code.
- Experience developing custom Tableau extensions or deploying LLM-powered analytics systems.
- Strong experience in storytelling with data, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Familiarity with large-scale data platforms and scalable analytical pipelines.
- Masters degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
