Job Description

- As an AppleCare Sales BDM you are responsible for developing the business within the dedicated region (MEA). The key tasks involve: - Drive regional sales results across your assigned countries. Builds and execute tactical activities with team-members to achieve regional/country targets. - Developing and executing strategic plans for country and accounts, defining the go to market approach for each country. Provide regular reporting on key achievements in business reviews. - Execute tactical performance programs with the partners to achieve the quarterly/yearly accounts and country targets. - Manage key accounts in your assigned countries. Drive weekly customer engagement and implement account plans. Build and maintain relationships with with the local insurer teams in each country. - Collaborate internally with various Apple team to achieve results. They include besides the Apple Care teams (Sales Support, Field Service Teams, Sales Development teams) the finished goods Country Leadership team (Consumer/Carrier leads) and Account Execs for key accounts - Inspire and educate the finished goods country teams to promote AppleCare products. - Lead negotiations for AppleCare Service contracts with Retailers, Carriers and Insurers in your assigned regions/countries.
  • Proven experience in sales in the consumer electronics industry, having influenced and driven performance through channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
