Job Description
- Minimum requirement of BS + 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with custom design environment and transistor level EM/IR analysis
- Proficiency in at least one of programing languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
- Hands on experience developing transistor level EM/IR analysis and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
- Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods.

- Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement
- Ability to coordinate and drive initiatives with minimum supervision
