Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in engineering project management, applying strong engineering principles and software development expertise to deliver complex projects successfully.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders through effective communication, Agile/Scrum practices, and structured project execution.
- Hands-on proficiency with JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking, alongside advanced MS Excel skills for data-driven reporting and analysis.
- PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred; holds a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous developer experience in Python/Java and AI/ML a plus
- A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a multi-discipline, geographically dispersed team.
