Job Description
- 5–8 years Project/Program Management experience or equivalent in PMO, Readiness, Strategy, and Operations.
- Proficient using SAP or SAP-based tools.
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent forward-thinking capabilities, able to see beyond the current state, proactively identifying risks/opportunities.
- Experience in product operations, launch operations, supply chain, or a related operational role.
- Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support launch execution.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and proactively address risks, gaps, or breakdowns in communication.
- Own new product/systems/tool launch plans, providing updates on critical checkpoints and elevating risks to business partners and executive team.
- Comfort operating in highly cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to delegate while maintaining oversight over the outcome.
- Flexibility to support off-business-hours work during critical launch windows.
- Able to see across workflows, dependencies, and timelines to prevent issues before they occur.
- Performs effectively during high-stakes launches with compressed timelines.
- Takes accountability for outcomes, not just inputs.
- Able to move seamlessly between a high-level view of overall launch strategy and deep, execution-level detail.
