Job Description
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Conducting IP Characterization including test enablement, debug, data collection & parametric analysis across corners, voltage and temperature to validate design specifications.
- Using ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) to aid in debug & enablement of tests to be used in high volume production testing & characterization test programs.
- Correlating ATE measurements against bench tests to establish necessary guard bands for production screening.
- Performing statistical data analysis to identify trends in parametric data variation in high volume production & set screening limits to meet quality & yield metrics.
- Working on yield debug to root-cause fails in production and/or characterization and implementing corrective actions.

- Performing Test Time Reduction across all production insertions to meet final test time metrics without sacrificing quality or yield goals.
- Using JMP for statistical data analysis on large sets of production data.
