Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Review Tender Documents such as: Contract, BOQs, specifications and drawings.
• Study and evaluate Contractor's claims, Variations, EOT's and Monthly payments
• Track project costs and support budget control activities.

• Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met during project execution.
• Monitor quality control, HSE compliance, and risk management processes.
• Maintain documentation including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

  Get Hired
• 5-7 years of experience in real estate development or Engineering consultancy-Supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Driving license.
