Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Dahisar East.

Experience Required: Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Interiors / Civil / Real Estate / Architecture

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for shaping and managing the companys online voice and presence, devising strategies, overseeing content, engaging communities, and analysing performance to achieve business objectives like brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Management: Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, video) using content calendars.

• Graphic Designs: Must have experience in Graphic Designing.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and foster interactions with the online community (comments, messages).
• Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report on performance, using data to refine strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, managing budgets.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, algorithms, tools, and trends.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, sales, and external agencies/influencers for integrated efforts.

Qualifications: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Deep understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
