Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lead Generation, End-to-End Sales, and Deal Closure, with a solid background in Data Product Information Management (PIM/MDM) and eCommerce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience selling to clients across US, UK, and Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities across global markets (US, UK, Middle East)
Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on PIM / MDM solutions (70%) and eCommerce solutions (30%)
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Track sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Represent the company in virtual meetings, demos, and client presentations
7+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Proven experience in Revenue Generation and Lead Generation

Strong domain expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) / Master Data Management (MDM)(high priority)
Hands-on experience selling eCommerce solutions
Proven track record of closing complex deals
Experience selling into US, UK, and Middle East markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
